Hannah Wants has become one of the most in demand DJ's around and it's not hard to see why. Having seen the Birmingham based producer and mixer several times this year, her tracks, 'Girls', 'Breathe' and her own remix of Disclosure and Jessie Ware's 'Confess To Me' are personal live favorites. Playing to hundreds of bass lovers during a late night set at this years Hideout festival on a sun glistened Zrce beach in Croatia, she packed the Aquarius 2 venue with ease. At one point she even managed to get the whole crowd to kneel down to the floor and jump back up in unison as the bass drops. A consistent collaborator with one half of Cause and Effect, Chris Lorenzo, she commands her crowds leaving them, like myself, wanting more. Hannah Wants has just toured America with AC Slater and Jack Beats but is set to tour around the UK in late October.
Hannah Wants left me wanting for more! Bad puns aside, she knows how to throw down classics on top of some of the more groovy/deep house tracks.
Few things are sexier than seeing a female DJ completely controlling the dance floor. She has a vibe that's easy to understand and doesn't try to overwhelm the listeners. As a rare added bonus, she actually blends tracks together, LIVE.
Hannah Wants is the latest undiscovered gem of the house music dance floor. I highly recommend for people to experience this talented, honest DJ.
