this is the 2nd time I've seen elvis depressedly and the first time seeing them as a headliner, and let me tell you, one of the best performers I've seen. the fact that they played some coma cinema was great, too. all around great, chill show.
if you're over 21 at this venue, you may find yourself not able to see anything because the 21+ section is in the back, but it's really a minor inconvenience.
I have been listening to mat cothran for years, thru coma cinema and Elvis Depressedly. This is the first time I was able to see him live, and let me tell you it was the BEST night of my life. He's such a cool down to earth dude, and makes a kick ass show. It couldn't have been a better concert.
truly a special show. most fun I've ever had for $10. elvis depressedly a cute. He played all the best songs like pepsi/coke suicide and weird honey and N.M.S.S
his stage banter and presence was very funny, he's a goofy guy but seems nice. Hope he comes back to Chicago
Great performer. Almost cried when he did a surprise cover, 110% recommend you go see. He definitely knows what he's doing. Real nice guy and played all my favorites! You'll be shocked how well he makes his songs sound exactly like his albums or better.
I've never seen these guys live but I love them and teen suicide, so I want them to come to California. Everything I've heard by these guys already sounds live and it's amazing, I wish they would tour the west coast that would be great.
I was kicked out of the show for smoking a joint with my friend and brother, but Mat still made my night by writing me a letter on the back of a poster and giving it to my sister for me. Talk about a cool chap
They only played four songs... I enjoyed the ones they played, but the lead singer was borderline drunk and screwed up playing multiple times over. I liked the openers a lot, but ED really disappointed me.
The Venue was amazing and the opening artists were bopping. Elvis Depressedly's clarity surprised me and it was an amazing show! The opening acts were amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful.
