Biografia
Andre L. Adams is a hip hop artist who began his career under the name Dre Dog. He released to albums under the pseudonym, the 1993 debut 'The New Jim Jones' and 1995 'I Hate You With A Passion' which received moderate commercial success, making waves in the Hip Hop Billboard Charts. After he decided to ditch the Dre Dog tag, he began to release material under the name Andre Nickatina including the albums 'Cocaine Raps' and 'Raven In My Eyes' which were both praised for their high production values and interesting tones and mixes.
Later that year Nickatina founded his own record label Fillmoe Coleman which he continued to occasionally release his own material on throughout his career. His reputation on the West Coast hip hop scene started to grow dramatically following the release of albums such as 'Tears Of a Clown' and 'These R the Days'. An early reviewer of Nickatina's CD release party stated "a quick-witted rapper who spits as hard as Kurupt does". He has released a large amount of solo material over his career, his most commercially successful being the 2013 self titled LP which topped the US Heat charts.
He also has released mix-tapes and collaborations with the likes of Equipto and The Jacka.

Andre L. Adams better known by his stage name Andre Nickatina is the San Francisco rapper always assured to cause a storm on the hip-hop circuit. Some of the newer fans do not realise that Andre has been working for almost two decades, having previously performed under the alias Dre Dog and he released two albums as this.
He is considered to be very much an underground artist, with most of his albums failing to make any dent on the charts yet the material found on the likes of 'Tears of a Clown' and 'Raven in My Eyes' is undoubtedly strong. The crowd is beside itself with excited anticipation as the hazy stage lights dim and Andre proudly steps out and the speakers kick in to send pulses through the floor as the whole room shakes. The fans here are clearly devoted, rapping back choruses and jumping as one under the command of the frontman. He clearly enjoys the power and makes the most of it for a finale of 'Killa Whale' as he stands pretty much atop the front row and holds his hand high as the crowd instantly mimics.
Andre Nickatina is the hugely anticipated rapper performing tonight at the Regency in San Francisco. The lights are dimmed and blue and this audience is buzzing, building a huge crescendo of applause right up until Nickatina’s entrance on to the stage which is accompanied by a huge bass sub drop, bringing a huge atmosphere to a peak to last for the next hour for this set. He opens with the song, “Yeah” commanding the crowd with his stellar hip-hop and west coast rap. He’s one of those performers who can say jump and the audience would reply with “how high?” He fires through some of his biggest hits to date with songs such as “Ayo For Yayo”, “Lost Hawks” and “Color Of The Benz”, all adding to the party atmosphere that is tonight’s fantastic performance that punters will be talking about for the next year until he comes back around to this fantastic venue.
