Sarah Borges

We were lucky enough to see Sarah and her band at Smith's Olde bar in Atlanta. It was a great show: lots of energy, a tight, hard rocking rhythm section and tasty guitar textures plus that amazing voice delivered in a fun and friendly package--they absolutely filled the room with gorgeous sound. The ease and professionalism with which they casually accomplished this was very impressive, and very enjoyable. I'd say it was one of the best shows I've seen, in 25+ years of show going. Once I wiped the drool away from my face, I noticed that Sarah is an amazing and effective guitar player, in addition to being a virtuosic singer and songwriter with a great personality. She should be a bigger star, but then she wouldn't play the smaller venues, so I'm happy to have her as she is! I hope she makes it back down here again soon..
