She is amazing, what else can I say, what can I truly say!
You may recognise the name or the face Lucy Spraggan, if this sounds familiar it is because back in 2012 she auditioned for the X factor and performed one of the funniest and honest songs that I have found in a long time. Fast forward this to 2014 and you will find that Lucy is signed to 'Columbia Records' she has definitely come a long way and you can not help but feel happy and proud of her!
With her songs being brutally honest, words can not express how much an individual can relate to her, nothing she says is a lie and that is what I think most people like about her, that is what does it for me. That and the fact her acoustic guitar has such a natural sound to it, there is nothing forced about it and her voice on top just adds a nice folk layer, which is what I believe we need in an age where everything is over complicated and electronic.
Upon the stage Lucy's personality outshines any and everyone, even England's rainy summers! As she sings, the crowd sings with her as her fans remain loyal and support for her is at an all time high, you will feel right at home at one of her shows!
Last night at the Liverpool art club was amazing! It was the first time that I have seen lucy live and I must say she is amazing, how she communicates and gets the crowd involved is so good and it just makes the atmosphere so much better! I actually had the opportunity to meet the lovely singer and georgie her wife, which just topped off the show. Defintatly going to be the first in the que to get tickets for her next tour! Wouldn't miss it!
The Lucy Spraggan concert was excellent! The music and atmosphere was great, I had a lot of fun last night. Even the support acts were great, was fortunate enough to meet both Lucy Spraggan and Kal Lavelle before the actual concert, and received a photo and autograph from both. Even Lucy's Boston Terrier, Steve, was friendly! I would love to go and see Lucy and Kal again sometime, they're both just so kind and have great talent!
Absolutely lovely show. Really good venue as it was really little and cosy. Brilliant crowd and excellent bar prices. Lucy Spraggan played brilliantly and a great setlist. She has such a gorgeous voice and her songs have so much meaning in them. Georgina and the man (sorry don't know his name) selling the merchandise were so helpful and really friendly.
Absolutely amazing show. Can't wait until I can go again
This is my first opportunity to see Lucy and I can’t wait. She is the real deal. She knows who she is and she won’t change for anyone except Georgia. (Well, that’s what marriage can do to a person.). She has a gift for music and the words in her songs can move your heart. I absolutely love everything about her. So, Lucy and Georgia until 3/16, know that I am counting the days.
Absolutely incredible performance with some hilarious stories and comedic commentary. 100% the best concert I've attended in my short life so far. Would totally recommend as the crowd is so involved in the performance and emotions go from hyped to emotional throughout the whole show. Truly remarkable!
Well it was the first time we had seen Lucy and she didn't disappoint. Not only is she very talented but she was amazingly likeable, funny and self deprecating whilst she talked us through the stories of her songs. She was thoroughly entertaining and quite adorable actually : )
Very enjoyable night, she played all my favorite songs and even the ones I don't like that much I loved. Halfway through a love song she invited 2 'competition winners' up and one of them proposed. It was so good would happily pay a lot more to go see her again.
Spraggan was a good entertainer, she sang a good line up of her songs, a mix of songs from Join The Club and her new album. A great host, she gave a brief explanation of why she wrote each song and was funny. Will definitely see ear perform in London again.
