Kyle Harvey, K.i.D, or just Kyle. Any way you decide, he will respond to. Coming out of Ventura, California, Kyle has been building a fan base and reputation; so much so, that he is now touring with some of the biggest names in music, Ne-Yo. The young rapper has been posting his songs to social media, and because he has gained popularity this way, what you hear is what you get, but better when you see his live shows. Due to the nature of his songs, most of his music is tracked and played via a DJ, but he does include live guitar instrumentations during his live show. He blends rapping with singing, but during his live shows, you can hear his vocals more clearly to expose a vocalist that you didn’t expect from him. His songs are catchy, and a lot of his fans know all the words to his songs. He is great with the audience between songs as well, probably because he is similar in age to the group that comes to his shows. The passion that he puts in when he is performing clearly shows how hard of a worker he is, and that its his passion, not just his talent, that will take him far in the industry.
Kyle is an amazing rapper! His charismatic and nerdy personality on-stage made for a funny and exciting performance where everyone was having a wonderful time, but the wait to see him was not as good. The rappers that I guess you can say "opened" for Kyle were okay. I really liked James K, The A Team, and SuperDuperUgly. The second rapper (I forgot his name) was not as good, but I think that was because of the technical difficulties with the microphone. So, the hour and a half wait to actually see Kyle perform was not that great, but it was cool to see other rappers who are trying to make it big. Overall, it was a great experience and as SuperDuperBrick would say, "FUCK YEAH!!!"
The show was really good! Brilliant venue at the Electric Ballroom in London. I loved the fairy lights hanging above and the small amount of air conditioning was good, but could have been a bit for powerful. The way he spoke and engaged with the crowd was really good, speakers and sound was good and he actually listened to the crowd when they shouted out the songs which they wanted him to sing. All in all brilliant concert! Would definitely see him again.
OH MY GOSH! HE WAS SOO GOOD! I went to his first concert in Singapore and also ASIA!
There was a dj group that warmed the audience up for about an hour. Then Singapore artist THELIONCITYBOY came on stage. HE WAS AMAZING!
Then KYLE came on, he played 2 hours of tracks. His performance was PURE FUN! He was also obviously having fun! I Mean, SO COOOL... BEST CONCERT EVER!!!!!!!
Recently Watched Kyle perform at Upstream Music Festival and let me say, it was incredible. At first the crowd was really shy and timid to get crazy. But with the help of Brick and Kyle himself we brought the lit level from about a two to an eight. He is amazingingly talented and deserves that grammy he keeps posting about!!
SHOW WAS AMAZING!!!! HE BRINGS SUCH A UNIQUE AND POSITIVE ENERGY THAT GRABS YOU FROM THE MINUTE HE GETS ON STAGE UNTIL YOU SEE HIM LEAVE. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN AND TO BE IN THE. BUILDING FOR THIS SHOW WAS DOWN RIGHT CRAZY!!! I WILL SURELY BE AT ANOTHER ONE OF HIS SHOWS IN THE FUTURE
Phenomenal show. Kyle has a lot of thematics in his set. He and Brick had amazing crowd control and interaction. They choreographed dances for the songs.
Definitely worth seeing. He played singles that he has out and some songs off the album, "Beautiful Loser".
Such a good performer.. even if you don’t know the music it’s still fun because he’s so engagine, also just all around a talented dude. At the end he literally threw a surfboard into the crowd and crowd surfed on it!!
stuff was off the charts. everyone started singing for stuff like ispy, dont wanna fall in love and ikuyo. got in for free since my dad works at soundstage and it was amazing. cant wait for another concert
