High energy, alcohol doused, and locked into a perpetual groove, That Handsome Devil delivered the goods, playing a range of songs stretching from their first album through to their most recent (with a surprise deep cut from "The Jungle Book"). The rhythm section held down the songs well, with guitar work and backup vocals peppered on top, and a lead vocal aggressively stomping right through the middle. There were a few slip ups, mainly due to the wrong lyrics being used and starting a further part of the song, but the band seemed to have fun through all of it. That sloppy nature isn't a deal breaker though because at the end of the day, their style of music is inherently risky and prone to falling apart any minute. It just seems to fit the experience.
