The Zipheads

The Zipheads have been dishing out their hybrid of 50’s rock’n’roll fused with 70’s punk rock energy since 2013 at venues and festivals all over the world- from London to Las Vegas, Milan to Moscow, Kraków to Kilkenny and Helsinki to Huddersfield.

Astounding then, that their first visit to Edinburgh was not until May 2024-performing to a sold out Liquid Rooms on the last date of their UK tour with Hayseed Dixie.

Since then they have returned twice to Auld Reekie, opening for The Drowns from the US in November ’24 and in June of last year on their own Rock’n’Roll Renaissance album launch tour- both times at the world famous Bannermans Rock & Whiskey Bar.

Now they return once more for a summer night of rockabilly, punk, ska, surf twang and slapping bass- this time joined by West Lothian power trio BUZZBOMB, bringing their hard-hitting Punk’n’Roll to the evenings proceedings.
